Aligning with public health authorities
We are closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.
Protecting our employees and customers
As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. While we always strive to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, we have ramped up deep-cleaning and sanitizing procedures. The EPA has released a list of approved disinfectants against Coronavirus, which we will be using to clean and sanitize all surfaces of our studio and workspace. Additionally, we have protocols in place that activate closures, disinfection and appropriate quarantine procedures based on recommendations by government and health agencies.
Assisting our employees
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed. Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with Coronavirus/COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority.
What we ask of you
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities and guests, but we need your help. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) and have a scheduled session or event, please let our staff know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being; or kindly refrain from attending any events until you are cleared by a physician. We appreciate your help and understanding in this ever changing climate and will do everything we can to help prevent any spread of illness.
Keep your social network small and minimize new contacts to assist the slowing of this virus.
